Sometimes life just feels… off.

Maybe it’s a phone call from someone you love who’s struggling… Or seeing your granddaughter feel hurt and left out… Or those quiet moments where you just feel alone and can’t quite explain why.

I’ve had those moments too. And when I do, I come back to a verse that always grounds me:

“Be still, and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10

When I stop and really sit with that, I’m reminded of something important… I don’t have to carry everything on my own.

So often, we try to fix things, figure things out, or hold it all together. But in doing that, we sometimes forget—we’re meant to lean on God.

He is always there. He sees the hurt. He knows the worry. And He is ready to carry what feels too heavy for us.

When I pause, pray, and truly let go—even just a little—I feel that peace come back. Not because everything is suddenly perfect, but because I’m not carrying it alone anymore.

I know this is true in my own life 💕

Have you ever had a moment where you knew God was there for you—right when you needed Him most?
