Ditch the Suds
Swap harsh soap for a gentle, creamy cleanser. After washing, your skin should feel soft and comfortable—not squeaky clean. (Squeaky usually means stripped.)
Moisturize While Damp
Right after cleansing or showering, apply your moisturizer while your skin is still slightly damp. This helps lock moisture into the skin.
Adjust With the Seasons
What worked in the summer may not work in the cooler months. If you’re still using a light lotion, your skin may be ready for a richer cream.
Babs’ Aging Hack
Give extra attention to your eyes and neck. The skin there is thinner and often shows dryness first. A little extra hydration before bed can make you look like you slept ten hours—even if you stayed up playing Township or Solitaire!

Want Me to Send You a Custom Sample Packet?
If your skin has been feeling dry, tight, or just “off” lately, I’m putting together a few personalized sample packets so you can try some things at home.
If you'd like one, just send me a message or comment and include a few quick details so I can choose the best samples for you:
• What cleanser or skincare products are you currently using?
• Where do you notice dryness the most? (around the nose, eyes, cheeks, mouth, etc.)
• Is your skin sensitive to anything or easily irritated?.
I love helping people figure out their skin one small step at a time. Oh almost forgot-I will need your address too!
